These assessments were designed to increase the understanding of an individual's talents.

The report provides insight to three distinct areas:

— Integration of Behaviors and Motivators
Understanding strengths and weaknesses in these areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction.
BEHAVIORS section
Effective interaction starts with an accurate perception of oneself.
Behavioral Hierarchy
This section ranks the traits that most closely describe the individual's natural behavior.
Observable behavior and related emotions contribute to success on the job. When matched to the job, they play a large role in enhancing the person's performance.

– Frequent Interaction with Others
– Customer Oriented
– Versatility
– Frequent Change
– Urgency
– Competitiveness
– Organized Workplace,
– Analysis of Data.
Absence of a Behavioral Factor
The absence of a behavioral factor may provide insight into situations or environments that may cause tension or stress.
Based on research, we are able to identify situations that should be avoided or minimized in a person's day-to-day environment.
By understanding the contribution of a low behavioral style, we are able to better articulate a person's talents and create environments
where people can be more effective.
Time Wasters
This section of thr report is designed to identify time wasters that may impact the person's overall time use effectiveness.
Possible causes and solutions will serve as a basis for creating an effective plan for maximizing use of time and increasing performance.
Areas for Improvement
In this area offers a listing of possible limitations without regard to a specific job. Review and cross out those limitations that do not apply.
Highlight 1 to 3 limitations that are hindering performance and develop an action plan to eliminate or reduce this hindrance.
MOTIVATORS / 12 Driving Forces Section
This section of the report provides information on the why of actions.
It is based on 6 basic interests, or motivators in life:

Individuals will learn how to explain, clarify and amplify some of the driving forces in their life.
This report will empower individuals to build on their unique strengths, which they bring to work and life.
Learn how their passions from 12 core driving forces frame perspectives and provide the most accurate understanding of themselves.
Driving Forces / Motivators Tiers
– Top 4 driving forces
Highlight what most powerfully moves a person to action
– Next tier of 4 driving forces
May have a strong pull, but only in certain situations
– Bottom 4 driving forces
Identify the person's varying levels of indifference or total avoidance
Upon reviewing their report, individuals will:
– Understand how their driving forces are at play in their career and
relationships
– Be able to apply their understanding of their driving forces to relationships
and job-related performance
– Have a clearer impression of their purpose and direction in life, which can lead
