Everyone has their own style and tendencies. When working virtually, the individual needs to become more aware of his/her strengths
and weaknesses and how to manage them.
   
Peers, leaders and other influencers are not around to help point out when a course-correction is needed. 
Time and priority management is key. The tips offered in this section are based on the individual's assessment 
responses and offer insight into how he/she might manage themselves when working virtually.
  
The next 4 sections offer communication tips based on the four D, I, S, C dimensions:
  
 Communicating with Others - D 
  
When working virtually, you will find that people tend to be either more direct or reflective (D dimension). 
This section offers communication tips on how to best communicate with those who fall into one of the two categories - 
High D (Direct) -or- Low D (Reflective).
  
 Communicating with Others - I 
  
When working virtually, you will find that people tend to be either more outgoing or reserved ( I dimension). 
This section offers communication tips on how to best communicate with those who fall into one of the two categories - 
High I (Outgoing) -or- Low I (Reserved).
  
 Communicating with Others - S 
  
When working virtually, you will find that people tend to be either more predictable or dynamic (S dimension). 
This section offers communication tips on how to best communicate with those who fall into one of the two categories - 
High S (Predictable) -or- Low S (Dynamic).
  
 Communicating with Others - C 
  
When working virtually, you will find that people tend to be either more direct or reflective (C dimension). 
This section offers communication tips on how to best communicate with those who fall into one of the two categories -
