Workplace Behaviors –– Job Benchmarking
Workplace Behaviors –– Assessment for the JOB - not the person
This DISC job questionnaire features a point scale that provides a more accurate reflection of what the job is calling for.
The TTI Workplace Behaviors report is designed to give an overview of how the job needs to be done.
This allows an organization to determine the type of individual that would be most successful in a given position.
Often an organization can re-evaluate a position in order to make it more realistic for a person to perform it successfully.
Doing so will lead to increased retention, productivity, and job satisfaction.
