Calculating and Interpreting Gap Size
To help evaluate the person's effectiveness of his/her current practices, the Perception's 360 system generates a measurement called Gap Size.
— People are given a number of choices for each question.
— Each choice is assigned a numeric value.
Gap Size is the numeric difference between how often a behavior occurs and how often the behavior
is expected or needed.
