SalesMax provides a quick look graph, candidates overall predictive score and their strengths and weakness. It indicates the candidates probability of producing in the top 50% of the sales team. Additionally, it will provide interview questions, and management suggestions.

SELECT Associate Screening System
The SELECT Associate Screening System is a family of related pre-employment tests designed to measure important, work-related, personality characteristics in applicants for entry-level jobs. Each of these tests has been designed to be used early in the employment selection process, after initial screening, but before the employment interview. Test results include interview probe suggestions and indications of unusual responses that should be probed during the interview.

This online DISC-based profiling system is designed to provide insight into an individual's behavioral style in a work environment. This system will help management better understand potential candidates, members of their work team, and assist work team members in identifying their personal strengths and areas in need of development. The Proception2 questionnaire takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and generates a 12-15 page personalized report. The Business Motivators report is often used with Proception2.
Business Motivators is an online system which helps individuals understand what influences the choices they make as they move through their careers. The Business Motivators report helps individuals gain insight into how and why they make the decisions they do. Motivators influence our actions and behaviors. They are the "why" behind an individual's choices and actions. Individuals who understand their motivators can become more aware of others who have different motivators.
