MRA / 360 Degree Feedback System — Dual Scale Surveys
The key to understanding how effectively the individual performs each behavior is to examine the relationship between the answers
to these two questions.
Important Key Principles
Calculating and Interpreting Gap Size To help evaluate the person's effectiveness of his/her current practices, the Perception's 360 system generates a measurement called Gap Size. — People are given a number of choices for each question. — Each choice is assigned a numeric value. Gap Size is the numeric difference between how often a behavior occurs and how often the behavior is expected or needed. Example: View more information regarding Gap Size Suggestions — Keep the survey focused on the key interpersonal behaviors or skills. — Use a practical assessment method that people will accept - not a method people will challenge.
