Ed Bardzik

Ed Bardzik is a strategic Human Resources partner with more than 10 years of experience in consulting, facilitation, and training roles. He specializes in helping organizations to create, plan, execute, deliver, and manage training and development programs. He provides organizations with behavioral assessments and coaching materials, as well as coaching, training, and consulting services in the areas of workplace communication, management, sales, executive, leadership, and team development.

Ed has extensive practice in the design and delivery of programs and courses in various aspects of human behavior and organizational change. He is a specialist in improving human capital with an emphasis on individual development, performance, and improving human behavior. His work includes assessment of personnel and organizational strengths, use of personal assessments and diagnostic instruments, gap analysis between current and desired behavior, sales and leadership performance programs, and job benchmarking.

He has been responsible for the design, delivery and facilitation of programs in both small and large organizations. This experience includes both the private and public sectors in the USA and internationally. Ed has worked with organizations in the technology, medical, non-profit, and governmental sectors.

Ed Bardzik has consulted, facilitated, and developed training programs for a variety of clients such as IBM, The City of Seattle, DHL, Seagram’s, Drexel University, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, State of Delaware, and Mary Washington Healthcare.
